Managed by Ivan Gerardo Solís Rivera and Leandra Cordero, it is one of several farms including Santa María, Cuatro Vientos which feed their Beneficio Santa Fe micro-mill; where they innovate with honey, natural, and experimental fermentations.
Ivan's Red Catuai lots from Finca Voo have redefined the variety's potential, earning awards in Costa Rican Cup of Excellence competitions over the past several years.
