Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans; however, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your experience and will replace any damaged or incorrect orders. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unused packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue within 14 days of receipt.
- 2.Review & Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return authorization and the appropriate shipping address.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Carefully pack your unused merchandise in its original packaging and ship it back to our roastery using a tracked service.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
